| This Introductory session will provide practical logistical information such as room locations, the order of events and services, and provide some highlights of the program and the people who made it happen. Representatives of the two conference hosts, Carol Davids, Director of the Real Time Communications Lab at IIT and Alvin Chin, Chairman of the Chicago Section of the IEEE will welcome everyone and exhort one and all to "learn things" at this, the 19th Annual RTC Conference at IIT! |
